Job Location: Singapore (West / City Fringe) Type: Permanent, full-time position A hybrid working model - 3 days onsite, 2 days work from home What You'll Be Doing
You will take ownership of end-to-end delivery of digital learning initiatives, working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners. Key Responsibilities
Lead full project lifecycle delivery - from scoping and planning to execution, launch, and adoption Partner with stakeholders to refine requirements, challenge assumptions, and align on outcomes Manage priorities, risks, and dependencies across multiple projects and teams Oversee vendors and external partners to ensure quality delivery and cost control Drive structured project governance - timelines, reporting, and decision tracking Collaborate with technical teams to deliver scalable, user-centric solutions Continuously review and improve existing learning technology tools and platforms Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth coordination across initiatives What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Education Technology, or related field Minimum 5 years of experience in digital project or product delivery Experience in learning technology, edtech, or education environments is highly advantageous Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Hands-on experience with Agile (Scrum), requirements gathering, and vendor management Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment Structured, proactive, and solutions-driven mindset Comfortable working across global teams and time zones Why Join
