Contracts & Legal Manager (High Bonuses / East), Singapore

Job scope Provide legal support on commercial contracts and project-related agreements, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating terms to protect the company's interests. Advise business teams on regulatory, compliance, and corporate matters associated with project execution and operational activities. Manage legal disputes, claims, and external counsel engagements, and support the resolution of contentious matters when they arise. Develop internal legal processes, conduct stakeholder training, and work collaboratively across departments to strengthen governance and risk management.
Job Requirements At least a Bachelor of Law with at least 6 years of relevant legal experience in private practice and/or in-house roles Strong background in contract law, commercial negotiations, and legal risk management, preferably within the construction, engineering, or infrastructure sectors. Sound understanding of applicable laws and regulatory requirements in Singapore, with experience handling dispute resolution and compliance matters.
