Responsibilities: Develop and execute retail HR strategies aligned with business plans across multiple brands in Singapore (e.g. ANTA, FILA, Salomon, Descente, Wilson, Arc'teryx). Lead end-to-end recruitment for retail frontline staff, including manpower planning, hiring execution, recruitment reporting, onboarding, and work pass processing. Own and manage retail performance management and appraisal frameworks, ensuring consistent execution and continuous improvement. Review and optimise incentive and reward schemes periodically to drive motivation, productivity, and labour efficiency. Partner closely with retail leaders on workforce planning, payroll coordination, learning & development, employee engagement, and culture initiatives. Manage employee relations and disciplinary matters, ensuring fair, consistent, and compliant handling in accordance with labour regulations. Analyse HR and people data to provide insights and recommendations that support business decisions and growth.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 5 years' experience in HR field. Preferably with experience in fashion or sportswear industries. Familiar with relevant HR policies and regulations, proficient in using HR information systems and office software, and sensitive to HR data. Strong communication skills, proficiency in both English and Mandarin in order to liaise with counterparts in China and SEA countries. High ability in coordination, adaptability and stress management. Passionate about sports is a must.
