Logistics Admin / Warehouse admin - west, Singapore

Working days: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm & Saturday 9am to 1pm Salary: $2,200 - $2,400 + $100 meal allowance ( AWS & VB) Location: Jalan Buroh- Jurong area Company transport provided at Lakeside MRT station (pick up & drop off) Job Responsibilities Daily Operations Support Prepare and ensure accuracy of inbound/outbound shipment documentation. Generate picking lists and monitor shipment progress in WMS. Post shipment and receipt entries in WMS upon completion/confirmation. Coordinate with purchasers and warehouse team to resolve stock discrepancies. Support operational requests (stock counts, delivery status, lead time, ETA). Retrieve, scan, and distribute signed delivery documents and job-related photos as per SOP. Generate pallet markings in line with Singapore Customs requirements. Coordinate internal transfer orders to ensure smooth operations. Record Maintenance Maintain proper filing (physical & electronic) and update daily inbound/outbound records. Track order details, vehicle, and driver assignments for reporting purposes. Report and record documentation discrepancies. Maintain office equipment and warehouse asset records. Track daily attendance. Ensure accurate system updates for reverse logistics (VDP/KIV/Damaged stock). Update lot book and maintain required photo documentation for compliance.
. Ad Hoc Duties Assist in cycle counts and annual stock take when required. Perform any other duties assigned by supervisor. Job Requirements Relevant experience in warehouse/admin role Proficient in MS Office experience with WMS is an advantage Knowledge of permits or shipping documentation is a plus
