As a Commis Cook / Cook, you will support kitchen operations by preparing and cooking food, maintaining quality and hygiene standards, and assisting with inventory and cleanliness to ensure excellent dining experiences for guests. Responsibilities Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and kitchen standards to ensure consistent, high-quality dishes are served to customers. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen by regularly cleaning work areas, equipment, and utensils to meet company standards. Monitor and control stock levels of food ingredients to support efficient kitchen operations. Inspect kitchen supplies and equipment regularly to ensure they are in good working condition and meet safety standards. Collaborate with team members to support daily kitchen operations and improve guest and team satisfaction. Perform assigned cleaning duties to maintain a safe and organized kitchen environment. Carry out any additional duties assigned to support kitchen functions and overall service quality
