Job Summary Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily courier and delivery operations to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality parcel delivery services. Responsibilities Develop and optimize delivery routes and schedules to increase operational efficiency and reduce costs Manage and supervise delivery personnel to ensure compliance with service standards and achievement of performance targets Liaise with delivery clients to fulfill and exceed service level agreements Monitor delivery KPIs such as on-time delivery rates, parcel volumes, and customer feedback, and prepare regular performance reports Implement operational improvements and technology solutions to enhance workflow and service quality Manage fleet maintenance schedules and ensure drivers comply with licensing and safety regulations Conduct manpower planning, recruitment, and training to maintain a skilled and effective delivery team Resolve operational issues promptly and escalate strategic concerns to senior management for timely resolution Required competencies and certifications Perform effectively under pressure by multitasking and making timely decisions in a fast-paced environment Lead and motivate delivery teams through strong leadership and people management skills Use logistics software and route planning tools proficiently to optimize delivery operations Communicate clearly and coordinate efforts with clients and internal teams Possess a valid class 3 or 4 driving license Able to work during festive seasons such as Chinese New Year and Christmas
