$3,300 - $4,500 per month About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Executive, Outreach & Partnership to support strategic communications, partnerships, and outreach initiatives within the Strategic Communications & Marketing Division. This role will take over an ongoing national-level project running until Nov 2026 and will require full end-to-end ownership of execution, stakeholder coordination, and delivery continuity. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnerships Identify and develop strategic partnership opportunities with organisations, brands, and institutions Prepare partnership proposals and value propositions Manage and maintain relationships with existing and prospective partners Negotiate partnership terms and agreements Develop cross-promotional initiatives to expand campaign reach Track partnership effectiveness and performance metrics Outreach & Events Management Plan and execute outreach and engagement programmes aligned with campaign objectives Develop annual outreach calendar and manage budgets Oversee end-to-end project execution including procurement, vendors, logistics, and content Manage multiple concurrent projects with strong delivery ownership Ensure cost efficiency, compliance, and timely execution Analytics & Reporting Track KPIs for outreach activities and partnerships Prepare post-event reports with insights and recommendations Conduct ROI and cost-benefit analysis Collect and analyse participant feedback Maintain engagement databases and reporting documentation
