The Opportunity HR Manager
to lead and oversee the full spectrum of Human Resources functions within the organization. This is a high-impact role for a proactive and hands-on HR professional who enjoys partnering with business leaders and driving people strategies that support business growth. You will play a key role in strengthening HR as a strategic business partner while ensuring strong HR governance and operational excellence across the organization. Strategic HR Business Partnering Partner closely with senior management and department heads to align HR strategies with business objectives. Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on employee relations, performance management, and people-related matters. Support workforce planning, manpower deployment, and succession planning initiatives. Review and enhance HR policies, processes, and practices to improve organizational effectiveness. Provide insights on HR trends and workforce analytics to support strategic decision-making. HR Operations & Talent Management Oversee the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, development, and offboarding.Lead learning and development initiatives to enhance workforce capabilities and career progression. Manage performance management processes, including appraisal cycles and talent development programs. Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture. Ensure compliance with employment legislation, HR policies, and industry best practices. Monitor HR metrics and workforce data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Requirements Managing
end-to-end HR functions , preferably in engineering, construction, or project-based industries. Strong HR business partnering skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution capabilities. Hands-on, self-driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.Ability to balance
