5 days work week 830am-6PM Location: West Industry: Construction - Geotechnical Specialist contractor MNC
Job Description: This role is required to oversee maintenance and reliability of construction plant and equipment.
Key Responsibilities: Lead maintenance, repair, and servicing of heavy equipment and machinery Diagnose technical issues and implement corrective actions Drive preventive maintenance programs and fleet optimization Conduct root cause analysis to reduce equipment downtime Provide technical guidance to workshop and site teams Manage cost control for repairs and equipment lifecycle planning Ensure compliance with HSE and operational standards
Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related 10-15 years of experience in heavy equipment / construction machinery Strong troubleshooting and leadership experience Familiar with plant operations and maintenance planning
