They manage one of the world's largest infrastructure portfolios spanning direct, co-investment, and fund strategies. Their team partners closely with deal leads, CIOs, and asset allocation specialists to shape investment strategy and drive value creation across regions and sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with global deal teams to evaluate infrastructure investment opportunities, including direct deals, co-investments, and thematic platforms. Support the CIO and senior management in developing investment strategies, sector roadmaps, and portfolio construction targets. Conduct independent assessments of new opportunities, prepare investment papers, and contribute to Investment Committee discussions. Lead research on long-term structural trends such as the energy transition, digital infrastructure, and emerging technologies impacting private markets. Drive portfolio performance tracking, risk assessment, and capital allocation analysis in collaboration with asset management and strategy teams.
Ideal Candidate 4–6 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, or private equity, ideally with exposure to infrastructure or real assets. Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities, with demonstrated ability to evaluate complex investment opportunities. Strategic thinker with experience in portfolio management, thematic research, and cross-asset capital strategy. Confident communicator with the maturity to engage senior stakeholders and global teams. Genuine interest in long-term investing, sustainability, and infrastructure innovation.
