Job Responsibilities To serve customers with passion and integrity Provide excellent Customer Service to all Customers Perform sales transactions and handle customers' enquiries on mobile/smartphone & M1 services To handle other non sales area including logistics and cashiering roles where required To work towards acquiring strong knowledge of M1 product and services
Job Requirements Diploma in any discipline with or without experience, or GCE 'A'/'O'/'N' Level or ITE with a minimum 1 year's sales experience Demonstrate effective communication skills and ensure professionalism and a high standard of service is accorded to customers at all times Positive attitude for delivering excellent service quality to customers with passion and integrity. Must have a team player mentality to achieve shop and company's targets and KPIs Willing to perform shift duties on weekends and public holidays Knowledge of wireless and internet solutions would be an advantage
