Store Manager / Management Trainee, Singapore

Roles & Responsibilities: . Trained to handle full outlet operations in the first 3 to 6 months which includes backend kitchen duties, front end customer services, tea making procedure, product quality assurance, manpower planning and cost controlling. . Upon being proficient in the outlet operations, you will be move on to understand more on inventory management, business development and administrative support functions. . To be responsible to uphold outlet hygiene, maintenance and pest control requirements according to SFA, NEA and company guidelines. . You will have the chance to attend training courses in Taiwan or Singapore that will equip with essential expertise to perform management positions. . You will be in charge of managing a small team of service crew and supervising their responsibilities at the outlet level. . Other duties as assigned by superior. Requirements: . Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any field. . No experience required as on-the-job training will be provided. . Pleasant disposition and good personal hygiene. . Passionate to be part of the F&B industry. . Excellent and positive service attitude. . Team player and self-motivated. .
