Job Responsibilities
Provided comprehensive executive support to the Director, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and professional handling of correspondence Supported internal and external meetings, board meetings, and executive sessions through agenda preparation, presentation materials, minute-taking, and cross-functional coordination Tracked projects, tasks, deadlines, KPIs, and follow-ups to ensure timely execution and visibility for senior leadership Assisted in monitoring the implementation of SOPs and corporate protocols across departments, supporting continuous operational improvement initiatives Acted as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing confidential information with discretion and providing flexible support for ad-hoc and special projects
Job Requirements
More than 5 years of secretary experience Japanese language skills are required to communicate internally and externally
Other Information
Salary: S$6,000-7,000 (depends on experience) Bonus
