Customer Service- Haulage, Singapore

The Customer Service Officer is responsible for coordinating customer requests for Haulier - Container Trucking, managing service enquiries, and supporting day-to-day operational workflows. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment. Key Responsibilities Handle customer enquiries via email, phone, and messaging platforms Coordinate job orders with operations and drivers Prepare and update service records, job sheets, and delivery documentation Monitor job progress and follow up on service completion Address customer feedback, service issues, and escalation matters Maintain accurate records in internal systems and spreadsheets Liaise with internal departments to ensure service timelines are met Support ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks as required Requirements Minimum ITE / Diploma qualification At least 1 year of customer service or administrative experience Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Strong verbal and written communication skills Good organisational and time-management abilities Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks Experience in logistics, transport, or operations is an advantage Skills & Competencies Customer service and communication Coordination and follow-up Documentation and data accuracy Problem-solving and adaptability Team collaboration What We Offer Stable working hours Supportive and professional work environment Exposure to logistics and operations workflows Training and development opportunities This position is open to Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents, and Dependant Pass holders.
