Description
We are a SME company in Eastern Singapore. We are looking for suitable candidates for below position at site office.
Responsibilities Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, invoice, work order, preparation and filing of documents To take down any servicing/maintenance/complaint and inform relevant department Greet and welcome guests/visitors as soon as they arrive at the office Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g.pens, forms and brochures) Receive, sort and distribute daily mail. Handle courier services when required. Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, etc. Requirement Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma Administrative or other equivalent. At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent. Require to cover receptionist duty as and when required at site office (banking sector).
