Responsibilities
Program Leadership: You will manage and coordinate quality and safety programs across the organization. Process Improvement: Youll partner with various departments to develop and implement quality models, standards, and risk management activities. Incident Management: You will conduct root cause analysis for serious incidents and reportable events. Data-Driven Decisions: Youll collect, analyze, and report on quality and safety data to support improvement efforts. Stakeholder Engagement: You will collaborate with a wide range of internal and external partners, including clinicians and administrators, to promote a culture of continuous improvement. Administrative Support: You will provide support to key committees and manage communication materials, including the departmental website.
