Responsibilities: Develop and execute a national distribution strategy aligned with business objectives Identify, appoint, and onboard new distributors to expand market coverage Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing dynamics Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key distributors and dealers Establish clear KPIs, sales targets, and performance tracking mechanisms Identify new growth opportunities Manage contracts, agreements, and distributor compliance standards
Requirements: Degree in Business / Engineering At least 8 years of experience in Distribution Experience in Construction / Building Materials industry Own a car to travel locally
