Operations Executive (Logistics & Customer Service), Singapore

Well Established Company $3,000 - $3,500 basic + AWS + VB Working location: Clementi Working days: 5.5 days (Alternate Saturday) Working hours: 8.00am - 5.00pm / 8.00am - 12.00pm
Job Responsibilities: Operations & Customer Service
Support daily operations to improve service quality, efficiency, and overall performance. Handle customer service matters and resolve issues promptly. Maintain accurate customer records, including quotations and internal documentation. Ensure high service standards through proper procedures and best practices. Logistics & Documentation
Coordinate and monitor shipment status with hauliers and shipping companies. Prepare and manage import/export documentation to ensure timely delivery. Ensure proper closure of job files and follow up on duty payment confirmation. Trade Compliance
Ensure accurate HTS classification for permit declarations. Prepare and submit permits via Customs/Tradenet. Liaise with Customs on declaration issues and TradeFirst-related matters. Inventory, Reporting & Improvement
Manage inventory control and generate inventory reports. Prepare and send invoices to customers (monthly or as required). Review processes and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency. Monitor performance and support continuous improvement initiatives. Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements: Minimum Diploma in Logistic with 3 years of relevant experience in the warehouse/logistics field preferred. Experienced in Licensed Warehouse environment and/or requirements for Customs' compliance including
Customs Permit Declaration.
