The Role As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll operate like a
trusted recruitment partner
to your clients, owning the full hiring cycle end-to-end. This is a fast-paced, performance-driven role suited for someone with grit, commercial instinct, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
You will: Manage the
full recruitment lifecycle
from client briefing to offer closure Source candidates via job ads, headhunting, market mapping, referrals, and networking Build and maintain strong
candidate and client relationships Conduct interviews, coordinate client interviews, negotiate offers, and manage follow-ups Continuously build and maintain a high-quality talent database Deliver against hiring targets while maintaining quality and professionalism
Senior Consultants
will also: Mentor and guide junior consultants Contribute to team performance and leadership initiatives Play a key role in growing and shaping the team
What We're Looking For 2–5 years of recruitment experience
(Senior profiles with mentoring or leadership exposure will be considered for leadership roles) Strong interest in
sales, closing, and relationship management Self-driven, accountable, and comfortable working in a performance-based environment Able to take initiative, manage priorities, and commit to results
