Description
Develop and maintain robust financial models, analyze business performance, and deliver actionable insights to support strategic decisions. Track operating costs and capital expenditures, ensuring alignment with budgets and strategic objectives. Utilize data analytics tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide accurate, timely reporting to stakeholders. Work closely with internal teams and external partners (including regulatory bodies and industry authorities) to ensure smooth execution of projects. Lead benchmarking studies, post-investment reviews, and performance improvement projects to drive operational excellence.
Profile
The Ideal Candidate Should Have
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; professional certification (CA/CPA) is a plus. More than 3 years of experience in financial analytics or strategic business roles. Strong understanding of IFRS and financial reporting principles. Proficiency in ERP and reporting tools (Oracle, Tagetik preferred). Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Self-starter, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement.
