Job Description . To handle the manual raising of certificates for all courses into the system so that there is no delay and we meet the KPI set by client . To manually email to all participants who request for certificates . To handle the raising and capturing of PSEA and Mendaki payments, pending system enhancements . To centralize the submission of the various reports which are currently done manually and cannot be supported by the system . To assist the team in handling the Diploma and Crawler Crane courses . To formalize SOPs based on the format established, after the respective teams have written down their SOPs . To track the compliance of KPIs by the various staff based on the tabulated KPIs extracted from the agreement . Undertake additional tasks as required. . Other ad-hoc projects may be required Requirements . Possess at least a Diploma or minimally 2 yrs of relevant experience for staff performing the operational functions. . Proficient with computer use (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel). . Able to communicate in English and be conversant in a second language (i.e. Malay, Mandarin or Tamil) . Customer Service oriented (e.g. courteous, professional and helpful) and preferably with prior experience in customer service. .Good interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written) .Detailed and meticulous . Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines. WFO - Ang Mo Kio, M-F: 8.30am - 6pm, 2-year contract
