Finance Operations Analyst (Contract role | West Region) DT, Singapore

Job Responsibilities Support end-to-end finance operations, ensuring accuracy and operational efficiency
Reconcile and align operational data from internal management systems with financial records in ERP platforms
Develop and enhance processes to track, analyse, and segregate cloud-related costs and revenue components
Build and maintain financial databases and dashboards to support reporting and analysis
Collaborate with Finance and project teams to provide detailed revenue and cost reporting
Analyse financial and operational data to identify discrepancies, gaps, and process improvement opportunities
Support ongoing finance operations initiatives, system enhancements, and ad-hoc projects
Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders and management review
Ensure proper documentation, data accuracy, and compliance with internal processes and controls
Perform other finance-related duties as assigned
Job Requirements Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related discipline
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in finance operations, accounting, or business analysis
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Comfortable working with large datasets and managing multiple priorities under tight timelines
Proactive and self-driven with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with Power Query, Power Pivot, Tableau, Databricks, or similar data visualisation/reporting tools is an advantage
Familiarity with Workday or other ERP systems is a plus
Able to identify process improvement opportunities and support operational enhancements
