Experience:
At least
2 years of experience as a Bartender
in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. (Prior supervisor experience is a plus, but we are ready to train senior bartenders looking to step up!)
Skills:
Strong communication skills, a solid foundation in classic cocktail techniques, and an eagerness to learn about Tequilas and Mezcals.
Attitude:
A high-energy team player who loves hospitality and stays calm under pressure. What you will be doing
As a Bar Supervisor, you will report directly to the Assistant Bar Manager and Bar Manager, working together to lead our enthusiastic bartender team. You'll be the floor general during service, ensuring standards stay high and the energy stays festive. Leadership:
Run smooth daily bar shifts and supporting the bar/floor team during peak hours. Management Support:
Work closely with the Assistant Bar Manager and Bar Manager to execute promotional activations, stock takes, and daily operational tasks. Team Mentorship:
Act as a role model and coach for the bartenders, helping them level up their skills and knowledge of Tequilas and Mezcals. Quality & Consistency:
