Role Description This is a dynamic role for a Supply Chain – Logistics – Coordinator responsible for supporting supply chain operations, logistics coordination, and inventory management activities to ensure efficient product movement and operational performance. The coordinator will be responsible for monitoring shipments, coordinating deliveries, tracking inventory levels, and communicating with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to maintain smooth logistics processes. Additional responsibilities include preparing logistics documentation, supporting warehouse coordination, monitoring transportation schedules, resolving shipment-related issues, and ensuring accurate record management. The role also involves assisting with operational planning, analyzing logistics data, maintaining supply chain reports, and supporting process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple operational tasks in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications • Strong understanding of supply chain operations, logistics coordination, and inventory management processes • Knowledge of shipment tracking, warehouse coordination, and transportation procedures • Ability to manage multiple logistics tasks, schedules, and operational priorities effectively • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for supplier, vendor, and internal coordination • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail • Familiarity with logistics systems, inventory tracking tools, and reporting platforms • Ability to prepare operational documentation and maintain accurate logistics records • Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor operational performance and identify improvements • Understanding of procurement support, inventory control, and supply chain planning is an advantage • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative environment • Professional attitude, adaptability, and commitment to maintaining operational accuracy and efficiency • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
