Job Description
As a Product Manager, you'll take full ownership of critical product initiatives for our merchant acquiring services. You'll:
Lead and own product initiatives across payment acceptance, external-facing payment API designs and the overall user payment experience. Define product strategies and roadmaps with a data-driven mindset, focused on scaling merchant integration and boosting key product metrics like payment success rates and transaction volume. Drive end-to-end product implementation, from initial concept to successful launch. You'll manage timelines and orchestrate collaboration with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Data, Finance, and Operations, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery. Partner closely with risk, fraud, legal, and compliance teams to ensure secure and compliant payment flows while safeguarding the overall user experience. Manage crucial external relationships with global and regional partners, collaborating to enhance the payment experience for users.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. Minimum 2 years of dynamic product management experience within payments, fintech, consumer banking, or e-commerce. Direct experience with various payment methods (e-wallets, Buy Now Pay Later, credit/debit cards, etc.) is a significant advantage. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional projects involving diverse teams. Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, good at complex problem-solving and decision-making based on data. Proficiency in SQL and dashboarding tools is highly preferred. Highly organized, proactive, and self-driven, thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where you can expertly multi-task. Solid technical literacy, enabling seamless collaboration with engineers and a deep understanding of system architecture and API designs.
