Job Responsibilities
Welcome and attend to customers warmly Explain menu items and ordering process Take customer orders and process payments Serve food and beverages Prepare selected food and drink items according to SOPs Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards Support daily outlet operations and other ad-hoc duties Good to have: able to assist with simple kitchen food preparation when required
Salary
Part-Time
$12-15 per hour, depending on experience
Full-Time
$2,400-$3,000 per month, depending on experience

Flexible scheduling Up to 35 hours per week Full-Time
45 hours per week Rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays

Requirements
Food Safety and Hygiene Level 1 certification is mandatory Positive and empathetic attitude towards work Friendly and comfortable interacting with customers Team player with good communication skills Fluent in English Able to work in a fast-paced cafe environment Able to commit weekends and public holidays where required
Preferred
Prior F&B, cafe or hospitality experience Experience in cashiering, customer service, coffee, matcha or beverage preparation Able to assist with simple kitchen food preparation
