HR Executive (F&B) (hospitality industry), Singapore

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to support the growing operations of our F&B business. Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end recruitment for restaurant and operations positions Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and staff orientation Prepare employment contracts, work pass applications ,renewals, and cancellations Maintain employee records and HR documentation Support payroll preparation, attendance tracking, and leave administration Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and company policies Manage staff scheduling support and manpower coordination when required Handle employee relations matters and staff enquiries Coordinate training arrangements and HR-related activities Assist management with HR reporting and administrative duties
Requirements Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or related field Minimum 1-2 years of HR experience, preferably in F&B or hospitality industry Familiar with Singapore MOM regulations and work pass procedures Good communication and interpersonal skills Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Positive attitude, responsible, and team player
