You are treated as an educator, not just a casual helper What You'll Do Facilitate hands-on LEGO robotics and coding classes for children aged 3 to 16 Guide students through building, programming, and problem-solving activities Create a fun, safe, and engaging learning environment Encourage curiosity, confidence, and independent thinking Support workshops, holiday camps, and special STEM events when needed Share simple feedback on student progress with the team What We're Looking For Enjoys working with children and teenagers Comfortable speaking and guiding small groups Interest in robotics, coding, STEM, or education Patient, energetic, and encouraging Able to commit to weekends and or school holiday schedules Bonus (Nice to Have, Not Required) Experience with LEGO platforms such as SPIKE, WeDo, or Mindstorms Teaching, coaching, tutoring, or enrichment experience Background in engineering, computing, or education Who This Role Is Great For University students or fresh graduates looking for
