Job Summary A family in Singapore is seeking a polished, discreet, and highly organised Personal Assistant & Private Tutor to oversee household operations and support the Director and his child. Responsibilities Manage household operations to ensure seamless daily functioning and meet family needs efficiently Deliver personalised tutoring to the Director's child to improve academic performance and increase learning engagement Coordinate and optimise the Director's schedules and appointments to enhance time management and productivity Maintain strict confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive family and personal information Communicate clearly and professionally with external service providers and vendors to meet household requirements Anticipate and resolve household and educational challenges proactively to support overall family wellbeing Handle confidential documents, mail, and administrative tasks with accuracy and professionalism Required competencies and certifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and AI tools to support administrative and tutoring tasks High level of discretion and professionalism in managing sensitive information Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while multitasking and meeting tight deadlines Fluency in both English and Mandarin to facilitate communication and tutoring Preferred competencies and qualifications Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines to support administrative responsibilities Strong organisational skills to manage the Director's administrative work effectively Capability to plan and guide children's learning, including daily homework, revision, and enrichment support Mature judgment and meticulous attention to detail in all duties
