Accountant (Real Estate/ Central), Singapore

Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end accounting for real estate development at company and project levels. Oversee general ledger, accounts receivable/payable, fixed assets, project costs, and development expenditure. Track and align costs with project progress across all stages (land, design, approvals, construction, completion). Account for consultant and contractor costs, including progress payments, variation orders, and professional fees. Prepare and review financial statements to support analysis, cost control, and cash flow management. Handle local and international tax matters (GST/SST, corporate tax, withholding tax) for projects. Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, banks, and authorities for audits and compliance. Improve financial processes, internal controls, and project financial management systems. Requirements: Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field CPA/ACCA/CA or equivalent preferred. 5+ years of accounting experience, with at least 3 years in real estate or project-based industries. Knowledge of Singapore/Malaysia accounting standards and tax regulations cross-border/multi-entity experience a plus.
