Responsibilities Prepare quotations, cost estimates and bills of quantities Prepare and submit tender Source & Procure required material and negotiate with suppliers & sub-contractors Submission of work approval to relevant local Authorities Manage tender administration Evaluation of price comparison and costing summary Preparation of monthly progress claims to customer Prepare/ verification/ upkeep of project variation work and site instructions Other quantity surveying related duties as assigned Attend site meeting and record minutes of meeting
Skills, Experience Competencies Required Degree/Diploma in relevant field of study Preferably with 1 year relevant working experience Ability to multi-task, prioritize and organize tasks Proficient in MS Office skills Basic AutoCAD skills Knowledge in BIM (Building Information Modelling) will be be added advantage
