Demand Planning Capture demand (Purchase Order, Forecast) from the external customer Capture customer return and ensure correct quantity Provide information on shipment Liaison with different department regarding shipping mode Follow up on Return to Vendor (RTV) goods with QA and customer to make decision on replacement Monthly VMI meeting Supply Management Raw material rolling demand Liaison with supplier on the forecasting schedule Issue Purchase Requisition to Purchasing department Follow up the receiving date and quantity from supplier Compute costing on raw materials Liaison with sub-contractors Follow up on RTV goods with QA and supplier to make decision on replacement Production Planning Plan and schedule workflow (machine & tooling downtime etc) for each department and operation communicate with stakeholder to determine manufacturing process and manpower requirement Issue work order to production and routine monitoring on status Create and update BOM to provide solution to daily job transaction Provide process solution in production line Compute production cost efficiency Prepare production planning report and monthly stock report
Delivery and Shipment Organize paper such as materials movement request Communicate with store for delivery schedule Identify the problem and coordinate with other stakeholders, Upon receipt of WIP parts to relocate back to respective department for action Collaborate with QA regarding issue of Certificate of Conformance (COC) & Certificate of Analysis (COA) during shipment ERP system (Factory Track Module) Gathering and input molding rejection rates & purging wastage into ERP system Review rejection rates regularly with management & production to work towards lowering rejection rates Ensuring factory track module (ERP) operates smoothly Validate stock accuracy in ERP system vs physical stock count
