Plaza Singapura We are a digital fashion e-commerce company that has expanded into the retail space over the past 6 years. Currently operating 2 retail stores in Singapore, we are looking for enthusiastic Sales Associates to join our growing team. As part of our retail team, you will play an important role in representing the brand and contributing to the success and growth of our retail business. Job Highlights: Staff discount on all regular-priced items Timely salary payment and equal treatment for all staff Pleasant and positive working environment Job Duties: Handle cash register duties, including cash tallying and closing settlements Manage POS system processes Maintain accurate stock inventory and ensure storeroom is clean and organised Conduct regular stocktakes Provide excellent customer service Ensure daily store cleanliness and housekeeping Carry out instructions from supervisors and other teams in a timely mann Requirements: Minimum 6-month commitment 44-hour work week (4 weekday shifts and 1 weekend shift) Good command of English Minimum education: Primary/Secondary School, GCE 'O' Level, NITEC, Diploma or equivalent Able to start work immediately Retail experience will be an advantage Pay Structure: Basic salary + monthly store performance commission Annual bonus and salary increments based on performance Opportunities for career progression to Store Manager Email your resume to (HIDDEN TEXT) to apply.
