Buyer/ Procurement Executive (Engineering), Singapore

Location: West Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 5:30PM Salary: UP$5,000 Job Responsibilities
Provide
end-to-end procurement support
including sourcing, tendering, evaluation, contracting, and contract management Ensure materials and services purchased meet user specifications and operational requirements Monitor supplier performance (quality, delivery, pricing) and ensure standards are met Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders Coordinate with Finance on payment and invoice-related matters Conduct market research to understand supplier landscape and pricing trends Ensure compliance with procurement policies and internal procedures Job Requirements
Degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain or related field Minimum 2-5 years of procurement experience in logistics or engineering industry Strong understanding of sourcing, vendor management, and procurement processes Good interpersonal and communication skills Team player with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
