Graphic Designer (Hospitality), Singapore

Introduction: Ebb & Flow Group is looking for a talented and detail-oriented
Graphic Designer
to join our creative team. You'll work closely with the Creative Manager, internal stakeholders, chefs, and restaurant managers to bring our brands to life across digital and print platforms.
This role supports 8 restaurant brands in Singapore, from pre-opening stages to ongoing campaigns, ensuring strong visual storytelling and consistent brand expression across all touchpoints.
Responsibilities: Design high-quality visual assets for print and digital, including branding, menus, social media content, marketing collateral, presentations, and web graphics Support pre-opening projects, working closely with chefs and restaurant managers to develop brand visuals and opening materials Collaborate with the Creative Manager and internal teams to translate concepts and strategy into compelling design executions Develop, maintain, and evolve brand guidelines and visual systems across multiple brands Liaise with printers and vendors; prepare final artwork files and ensure production accuracy Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting timelines and maintaining attention to detail Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices, especially within lifestyle and F&B spaces
We're looking for someone with: Minimum 2 years of professional graphic design experience (agency is an added plus) isn't afraid to be creative — a designer who's curious, bold, and excited to experiment! Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, layout, typography, and visual storytelling Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); Figma experience is a plus
