Job Description Responsible for the smooth and efficient handling of all student enrolments and registration processes. Managing school fee collections and ensuring accurate financial records. Handling and following up on all customer inquiries via various communication channels to ensure satisfaction. Assisting in the daily operations of the school to maintain a high standard of service. Maintaining a patient and professional demeanor when interacting with children and parents. Collaborating with the supervisor on shift rotations and operational requirements. Ensuring the reception and front-of-house area reflects the professional standards and appearance of the school. Requirements Minimum GCE 'O' Level / ITE qualification or above. Customer service-oriented with the ability to manage children effectively. Must be bilingual with the ability to communicate in Mandarin to assist Mandarin-speaking parents/customers.
