Production Executive, Singapore

Basic information: Monday - Friday, 7:45am - 5:30pm (Monthly rotating shift)

Location: North
Job scope: Key Responsibilities Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities to meet production targets, quality requirements, and delivery schedules.
Coordinate and manage production supervisors, operators, and staff to maintain smooth workflow and productivity.
Ensure all operations comply with company procedures, work instructions, and ISO 9001 quality standards.
Monitor production performance, identify operational issues, and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.
Optimize the use of manpower, machinery, and materials to maximize output.
Maintain workplace safety, proper housekeeping, and correct equipment usage.
Collaborate with internal departments such as Quality, Engineering, Warehouse, and Customer Service to support smooth operations and order fulfillment.
Liaise with overseas counterparts when required to support production needs.
Provide guidance and training to staff to improve skills, productivity, and work quality.
Leadership & Team Management Lead and supervise production teams while promoting teamwork and accountability.
Ensure compliance with company policies and address performance or operational issues professionally and constructively.
