Work Location - Thomson, Central Region Working Hours - Mon to Thurs 8.30am - 6pm, Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm Monthly Salary - $3160 Govt Agency, 12 months contract Job Scope: Monitor and track child protection cases in the media. Develop communications materials, including EDMs and related assets. Support knowledge management activities, including documentation and organisation of information. Conduct data analysis to support reporting and decision-making. Provide event coordination and logistical support. Assist in project management tasks, including meeting coordination, stakeholder liaison, project tracking, and budget monitoring. Requirements: Degree in any related field. Strong written communication skills, including experience in content development and minute-taking. Proficient in Excel for data analysis experience with research or reporting tools is an advantage. Strong organisational and project coordination skills, with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Good interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
