Collect payment/ deposits and provide Financial Counselling for admissions . Liaise closely with Bed Management Unit for acquisition of beds for Emergency Medicine Department's (EMD) patients . Obtain Specialist Outpatient Clinic (SOC) appointments for Emergency Medicine Department's(EMD) patients . Sort documents in preparation for dispatch to Medical Records Office (MRO) . Extend excellent customer service to patients and their relatives .
