Accurately input and update inventory transactions across 3 systems (including K3 and other designated platforms). Perform daily stock checks and reconcile faulty part tallies in all relevant systems. Process exchange items (DOA/DAP) promptly and ensure records are synchronized across systems. Issue parts efficiently with attention to accuracy and speed, logging in all required platforms. Conduct regular stock takes and adjustments to maintain inventory accuracy across all systems Adhere to monthly faulty part sorting and pending collection updates across all platforms. Requirement Able to travel between 2 outlets (Westgate/ Cathay) as needed for inventory support, part issuance, and system updates Able to handle and transport heavy cartons as required up to 15KG for stock movement and orders. Able to work 5.5 days (11am to 8:30pm) Able to converse in Mandarin as this role is required to deal with Mandarin speaking counterpart from China HQ
