Job Description We are looking for a Retail Executive to join our team in providing a professional and pleasant jewellery shopping experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities Customer Service & Sales Provide attentive and professional customer service throughout the shopping experience Share product knowledge and assist customers in selecting suitable jewellery pieces Handle basic after-sales enquiries and simple repair-related questions Support sales activities by understanding customer needs and making appropriate recommendations Store Operations Assist in daily retail operations, including stock handling and product display Maintain cleanliness and overall presentation of the store Follow standard store procedures, including opening and closing duties Support stock-taking and inventory management activities Visual Merchandising Assist in setting up and maintaining product displays according to brand guidelines Support basic visual merchandising to enhance product presentation and customer experience Sales Support & Administration Process customer transactions accurately using the POS system Assist with basic customer data entry and administrative tasks Support in-store promotions, marketing campaigns, and events when required Requirements Enjoy interacting with customers and providing product recommendations Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment Willing to assist with stock handling and daily store operations Prior retail experience is an advantage, especially in customer-facing roles Able to work independently as well as in a team Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays This role involves prolonged standing when handling customer service duties
