Senior Accountant, SEA (US MNC, Medical Device), Singapore

The Company
This is a unique opportunity to be part of a US listed MNC within the healthcare and life sciences industry with impressive growth across established and emerging markets. Due to business expansion, we are currently recruiting for a Senior Accountant, SEA.
The Role
Reporting to the APAC Financial Controller and working in a team, you will be responsible for monthly, quarterly and year end accounts, preparation of statutory and management reports for local and regional entities. The key responsibilities include preparation of the yearly statutory financial statements, streamlining financial reporting and processes, liaising with auditor, corporate secretarial, tax agents, on the statutory related matters. Preparation of yearly tax provisions and yearly corporate tax filing. Work with internal or external team on the preparation of annual Transfer Pricing documentations. Responsible for compiling the quarterly forecasts and annual reporting. Collaborate with other departments to consolidate annual AOP templates and forecasts, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting. Oversee treasury function and work with corporate on cash flow and hedging projections. Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley Act and other regulatory requirements.
Your Profile
To qualify for this role, you must have a Bachelor Degree in Accountancy with minimum 8 years of relevant experience in a MNC environment. It is essential to have hands-on experience in managing full set of financial reports and preparation of financial projection. It is mandatory to have knowledge of SAP/Oracle and possess strong Excel skill (Vlookup, pivot and basic formulas). We are seeking a detail-oriented, resourceful, and proactive Finance Manager with excellent interpersonal skills.
