Job Description
Lead overall financial strategy aligned with business growth objectives Partner senior leadership on commercial decisions, investments, and pricing Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance management processes Strengthen financial reporting, governance, and statutory compliance Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships Drive process improvements, automation, and finance system enhancements Develop and lead a high-performing finance team
The Successful Applicant
A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with relevant professional qualifications. Proven expertise in managing financial operations within the FMCG or manufacturing industry. Strong commercial mindset with the ability to influence stakeholders Experience managing end-to-end finance operations and transformation In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards in Singapore. Effective communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels. A track record of driving financial performance and process improvements.
