Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day support for
HR systems and applications , including HRIS and platforms and other workforce-related tools Support core HR modules including
Payroll, Leave, and Attendance , ensuring smooth system operations Act as the first point of contact for HRIS system-related queries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving them in a timely manner Maintain
data accuracy and integrity
across multiple systems through regular checks and reconciliation Manage
user access, permissions, and system configurations , ensuring compliance with data security and confidentiality requirements Support HR operational processes, including HR reporting, coordination of HR events, and administrative support across HR functions.
Digital Transformation & Systems Improvement Support ongoing
digital transformation initiatives , including system enhancements, automation, and process improvements Work with HR, Finance, and IT teams to improve
integration and data flow across platforms
(e.g., HRIS and payment/vendor systems) Assist in
user acceptance testing (UAT)
and system implementation support. Document processes and support
change management initiatives , including user training and communication
Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination Liaise with
internal stakeholders (corporate and properties - HR, Finance, IT)
and external vendors for system-related matters Support
vendor coordination and issue resolution
for platforms Assist in
system audits, compliance checks, and reporting requirements
Reporting & Data Support Generate and support
HR and operational reports
across systems Assist in data consolidation across platforms for
analysis and decision-making
Experience and Skills: Degree in Human Resource, Information Systems, Business, or related field Minimum
3–5 years of experience in HRIS and/or HR applications support Hands-on experience in
Payroll, Leave, and Attendance systems Experience working with
multiple systems/platforms (e.g., HRIS, finance/payment tools, vendor platforms)
,preferably in BIPO. Exposure to
system integration or digital transformation projects
is an advantage Strong problem-solving, analytical, and coordination skills Good communication skills with ability to work across multiple stakeholders Ability to manage multiple systems and priorities in a fast-paced environment
