Maintenance Manager, Singapore

Job Description Based in property and reports to Director of Maintenance Maintenance of the property operations, mechanical and electrical operations of the properties Lead, manage, train and guide a team of technicians and vendors/contractors Inspecting maintenance work and hands-on for troubleshooting and repairs Respond, resolve and close rectification request cases within timeline. Assist in evacuation in the event of emergencies, follow emergency response plans and relevant safety procedures Assist on quotation for Director of Maintenance's review and management's approval Perform related ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Job Requirements At least 5 years of relevant supervisory work experience in hotel engineering team Min. Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical engineering Knowledge of building mechanical HVAC and electrical (M&E) maintenance related technical skills Fire Safety Manager certification preferred
