Construction Supervision: Lead and supervise daily civil and steel structure construction activities, managing contractors and subcontractors to ensure adherence to specifications. Design Review: Review, comment on, and approve design drawings and reports from design firms before they are issued for construction. Quality& Safety Control: Enforce strict Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) requirements and conduct regular quality checks to ensure compliance with building codes and pharmaceutical standards. Technical Problem Resolution: Act as a subject matter expert, resolving on-site technical deviations Project Scheduling: Monitor project timelines, progress, and resource availability to ensure on-time delivery of projects.
