Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Senior Engineer to lead the delivery and implementation of enterprise HR technology solutions, managing full SDLC projects and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes. Responsibilities Plan, design, develop, and implement enterprise HR technology solutions to meet business needs Manage and coordinate project activities across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to ensure timely delivery Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to align project objectives and resolve issues Develop and maintain project documentation, including solution designs, test plans, deployment strategies, and operational readiness checklists Ensure all projects comply with ICT governance, security standards, and organizational policies such as IM8 Participate in technical evaluations and solution assessments to select appropriate technologies and approaches Provide technical guidance and support to project teams throughout execution to maintain quality and adherence to requirements Required competencies and certifications Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Information Technology Proven experience in engineering delivery and project management across the SDLC lifecycle Familiarity with IM8 or equivalent ICT governance and security policies Knowledge of SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS cloud environments Strong analytical skills to assess technical solutions and project risks Effective communication and stakeholder management skills to facilitate collaboration Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Preferred competencies and qualifications Experience supporting enterprise application implementations Understanding of cloud-based enterprise platforms and system integrations Familiarity with procurement or vendor management processes Other Information Benefits and Working Conditions Employment type: Permanent Location: Central Region, Singapore Working Hours: 8:30AM to 6:00PM (Mon-Fri) Salary: $6,000 - $8,000 with competitive benefits package Working Arrangement: Full Onsite EA 20S0237 By submitting your application, you acknowledge and agree that your personal data will be collected, used, and retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy This information will be used solely for recruitment and employment purposes.
