Key Responsibilities Support handover preparation and ensure required documents and materials are completed accurately and on time Conduct inspections to ensure units are ready for handover and identify defects for rectification Coordinate with contractors and homeowners to arrange rectification works and follow-up inspections Monitor defect rectification progress and ensure issues are resolved within agreed timelines Handle homeowner enquiries and complaints professionally and support timely resolution Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth handover operations Perform administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned Interested applicants may email resume to (HIDDEN TEXT)
