Role Description This role is responsible for supporting retail operations, business performance management, and operational excellence across multiple retail functions within the organization. The Head of Retail / Area Manager / Retail Operations Executive will assist in overseeing daily retail activities, monitoring sales performance, coordinating store operations, and ensuring high standards of customer service and operational efficiency are consistently maintained. Key responsibilities include analyzing operational and sales reports, supporting inventory and resource management, coordinating with store teams, implementing operational improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with company policies and retail standards. The role also involves supporting staff performance management, maintaining strong customer relationships, monitoring operational procedures, and identifying opportunities to improve productivity, profitability, and overall customer experience. In addition, the position requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and organizational skills to manage multiple retail operational responsibilities effectively in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.
