Finance Governance & Digitalisation Analyst, Singapore

Role: We are hiring to support financial governance, reporting, and process improvement initiatives within a structured finance environment. This is a hands-on individual contributor role suited for a finance professional who enjoys working directly with data, analytics, automation, and visualisation tools to improve finance processes and support better decision-making. The role requires practical experience in finance functions, along with hands-on use of Python for analytics/automation and Tableau for visualisation.
Responsibilities: Review finance policies, processes, and controls to support a strong financial governance framework. Analyse financial data to support reporting, decision-making, and process improvement initiatives. Use Python to automate finance-related tasks, perform data analysis, clean datasets, reconcile information, or improve reporting workflows. Build or enhance Tableau dashboards to provide clear financial insights to stakeholders. Support cash flow monitoring, banking-related coordination, and use of banking products or services where required. Support system, reporting, or digitalisation initiatives such as UAT, data validation, automation, and dashboard enhancement.
Required Skills: Working experience in a finance function such as FP&A, financial reporting, accounting, treasury, finance operations, audit, or controls. Hands-on experience using Python for finance-related analytics, automation, reconciliation, data cleaning, forecasting, or reporting tasks. Hands-on experience building or maintaining Tableau dashboards for financial or business insights. Strong Excel skills and ability to work with structured datasets.
